Founded in 2001, the company has a rich history of delivering exceptional travel experiences and facilitating successful corporate events.
Founding and Early Years (2001-2010):
Guarantee Travel, a travel company catering to both leisure visitors and corporate clients, was formed in 2001 by Mr. Jamal Qutishat. To offer relatively inexpensive travel packages and event management services, the group assembled a strong team of travel professionals and created agreements with airlines, hotels, and industry stakeholders.
Expansion and Expertise (2010-2020):
Guarantee Travel Group’s international expansion, particularly its operations in Dubai and Barcelona, represented key milestones in the firm’s evolution as a leading travel and events company. These developments highlight the company’s commitment to delivering travel and MICE expertise to a global clientele.
Dubai Branch (2013):
Guarantee Travel Group established a branch in Dubai in 2013 to capitalize on the Middle East’s expanding tourism and commercial industries. The branch acted as an operational hub, providing local experience, and cultivating partnerships with regional partners, enabling the company to provide bespoke travel and MICE solutions.
Barcelona Branch (2017):
In 2017, Guarantee Travel Group launched a branch in Barcelona, Spain, to better serve European clients by leveraging the city’s cultural heritage and MICE industry. The Barcelona location expanded the company’s ability to plan events and vacation experiences throughout Europe, allowing it to provide integrated event management and travel solutions.
Innovation and Technology (2019):
Guarantee Travel Group has consistently demonstrated its commitment to innovation and the integration of technology to enhance its services in the travel agency and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sectors. One notable achievement in this regard was the launch of the B2B portal called “Triplens” in 2019, which has had a significant impact on how the company interacts with its partners and clients.
